9. Monitor

The display on the data setting panel can be switched among the current value, the status and

the rotation speed.

This section describes the display change-over procedure and the contents of display.

9.1 Changing over the monitor display

By pressing the [ON OFF] key, the monitor display is switched in the way "current value display

→

output/status display

→

rotation speed display".

When the power is turned on again, the screen displayed just before the power was turned off is

displayed.

When the mode is switched in the way "RUN
